Apology if it isn't the right place to seek advice re this topic.
I have a current account with Santander and has a £100 overdraft . on the 8/10 i withdrew £20 from my overdraft which made
-£46.42 balance in total and on the 9/10 i have paid the whole balance from my other bank account and made my balance 0.00 and never touched that card since then.
this morning i wanted to send some money from santender to my other account and logged in to online banking . I surprised to see a transaction called Arranged overdraft usage fee money out £20 balance -£20.00
i really don't understand this as my balance was 0.00 on the 9th and never used anything from that account. i have been with HSBC for 10 years now and have overdraft of £2000 , never seen anything like that other than overdraft interest. don't know if its a normal thing or Am I missing something ?
i have send an email to santender no reply yet.
Could anybody please explain to me as quite worried as a newly MSE follower anything like that sound concerning ..
