How to enter & cost of entry:
To enter this Competition, answer the competition entry question stated in the Programme, via:

• PRTS Phone - call 0904 161 1000 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line to answer the competition entry question; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive an additional, third entry into the competition without charge (based on the same answer and details as submitted in their second call). This can be repeated to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.
• SMS text – send a SMS text to 65029 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number. Entrants who send a second SMS text using the same mobile number with their answer to 65029 by the competition closing date and time will receive an additional, third entry into the competition without charge (based on the same answer as submitted in their second text). This process may be repeated to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s chargeable SMS text entries costs £1.50 plus one standard network rate message. A trip to Paris for the winner and three companions including:
Return Standard Premier Eurostar travel from London St Pancras to Paris Gare du Nord. Please note that the winner will be responsible for arranging Eurostar travel directly with Eurostar Corporate Communications; the remaining arrangements for this element of the Prize will be made between the winner and Element London Limited.
Accommodation for one night at a 5* hotel in Paris on a bed and breakfast basis based on four people sharing two twin or double rooms. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.
Return transfers between the Paris Gare du Nord station and the hotel.
Private hire of a Mercedes and private chauffeur in Paris for at least 8 hours (to be taken together on one day).

Travel insurance covering the winner and their companions for the duration of the trip to Paris subject to the restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider, Planet Earth Travel Insurance Services Limited. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover where they would not be covered by this insurance including without limitation for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companions are aged 74 years or over.
This element of the prize must be booked and taken up within 12 months of winner confirmation but cannot be taken between 19 December 2013 and 5 January 2014 (inclusive), between 17 April 2014 and 24 April 2014 (inclusive), between 14 February 2014 and 17 February 2014 (inclusive) or on the 5 May 2014, 26 May 2014 or 25 August 2014. This element of the prize is subject to availability at the time of booking and scheduling. When booking the winner must provide the Prize Providers with a minimum on 1 month’s notice and no more than 90 days’ notice prior to their intended departure date.

Where any of the winner’s companions are aged under 18 years old, the companion(s) must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to France. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip.

It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) ensure that they and/or their companions adhere to the entry requirements to France (ii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the Prize Providers (iii) inform the Prize Providers of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companions when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines, and (iv) ensure that the travelling party adhere to the local laws in France.

In respect of the Eurostar travel, the winner and the winner’s companions agree to comply with Eurostar’s Conditions of Carriage and travel and ticket conditions, in force from time to time, currently to be found at http://www.eurostar.com/uk-en/conditions-carriage#.Um_HZfm-1cY and terms and restrictions including baggage allowance. The winner must provide full names (as stated in passport) of all passengers at the time of booking.

The prize excludes ground transport to and from London St Pancras, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions and attractions (other than those specified above), treatments, car hire (other than as specified above), personal expenses, and visas and vaccinations.
