    I had my house revalued recently for a remortgage and had a VERY hard time convincing the valuer that was the case. Even pointed out that there is between £40 & £50k of payments to come back on the lifetime of the system, but bottom line is that NO allowance was made for having the PV system fitted.

    Same experience.

    As far as our valuer was concerned for remortiging to a new lender it was a 'nice to have - a good selling point' but in no way increased the house value.
