£10 notes with a printing mistake

As part of the design in the centre of a £10 note on the side with the Queens head there is an oval. Printed around the edge of the oval are the words 'The Governor and Company of the Bank of England 2000'.

In 2000 a batch of £10 notes were printed with a printing error. Between the words 'and' and 'Company' the word 'the' was added. Therefore, the caption read 'The Governor and 'the' Company of the Bank of England 2000'

Does anyone know whether £10 notes with this printing error have any additional value above their face value? If so, who would handle such a transaction.

I look forward to your response.
