Been made redundant

Redundancy all gone through finished work a week ago. Appt to claim JSA . Bit confused at the amount to tell them which is my pay off got my figures for the years I worked there then they enhanced it . So. Do yOu tell the Jsa the pay off figure or the enhanced figure . Confused myself there hope someone understands and can advise

You need to supply them with details of how much you got paid as final wages (inc. PILON if not required to work notice) & how much you got as redundancy (the 'compensation' bit that is based on x years employment). If it was enhanced, them you still need to tell them.Never Knowingly Understood.
