What size tablet?

I am looking at a 7 inch tablet for my 14 year old son, we already have a 10 inch. Is the 7 inch more difficult to use? He will mainly use it for looking at the web. Many thanks for your opinions.

Opinion is its 3 inch smaller to view but apart from the size not more difficult to use if its a decent product like Nexus 7 inch .
  • I find the full size iPad OK for web, don't like anything smaller.

Tablet size is going to come down to personal preference so it will depend on what your son thinks of the 10in tablet? I personally prefer the 7in size (until the larger phones came out) as I find the smaller size and weight more convenient to handle than the larger devices but your son may have different preferences.

    I have a 4" phone,7" tablet and 24" pc screen.
The 7" is fine for browsing on and is much more portable than a 10"....so portable that I take it into work every day,I wouldn't do that with a bigger version.

7" is easier to use with thumbs.
