  • Thanks Coupon-mad...
I will add the NtK non-compliance as a separate point. It was a yellow and white Notice to Keeper (/Driver/Hirer - are all 3 allowed?). They have stated observed times and the front: 'Appeals Procedures' section does mention POPLA, which shows these PCNs are evolving as rejections happen I guess?

Thanks to everyone here. I believe I have sufficient information to proceed with submission to POPLA through their website.
  • I've done my POPLA appeal online, I selected 2 options for appeal because they both made sense:
    Charge exceeded
    Not liable
Have I messed up or is this not important?
    Thanks

Of no relevance. Designed more to put people off appealing than helping them.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
