Wrong tickets from Get Me In

Hi , back in August I bought tickets for the Artic Monkeys concert in Glasgow for my Daughters 15th Birthday. To cut a long story short, when they finally arrived on the day of the concert they were the wrong tickets. I ordered and paid for (way over the true value) for seated tickets and the one's that arrived were standing tickets which we couldn't use as they are for over 16's only. The concert was cancelled anyway due to a band members illness and rescheduled for later in the month. When I contacted Get Me In they said they could not now give me my original tickets but would give me a refund.Their only suggestion was I try to buy them elsewhere which is no longer possible. I'm not very happy about this as I now have a very disappointed daughter and really feel that the company should provide me with the tickets I originally bought. Where do I stand from a legal point of view?
