DLA Help

Hello,
Just a quick question really regarding making a claim for DLA for my children.
I have 3 children, the oldest has been diagnosed with ADHD and takes medication for it and the middle one is currently undergoing assessment for ADHD (first reports confirm it)
At the moment we are a low income family as my husband is self employed and I was made redundant 2 years ago whilst on maternity leave to we get child tax credits, HB & CTB.
Now I do everything I can to help my children and one the things that really help my middle child is extra curricular activites as not only does it give us a break but it helps her expel some energy so she does Brownies, football, extra sports, music clubs & cooking clubs and has previously done Judo, cheerleading, gymnastics. Now as much as she loves this and it does her does her good as she needs to be constantly kept busy it places a huge strain on our finances keeping up with fees.
Whereas with my eldest child his problems are less hyperactivity but anger, trouble with schoolwork, concentration etc so he frequently has violent outbursts which results in furniture & doors being broken.
Would DLA be awarded and would it impact on my other benefits?
Any advice greatly received Thanks

DLA would not impact negatively in any way.
In principle, in some cases it might increase them, though this is too dependant on exact details.
DLA is given on the basis of needing care and attention throughout the day (or night) - or mobility problems.
It is possible in principle for this extra attention you need to give her to count.
This would depend on the severity of the individual case - have you had any doctors recommendations for this?0
