So what Panini's do you like? All ideas welcome as although DH and I are vegetarian (pescaetarian) we can adapt most meat related things.
Thanks xx

We were given a Breville panini press as a moving in present last year. We LOVE it! a favourite at the moment is cheese and bacon, with a fried egg on top ;-)
I also love chicken, pesto & mozzarella, chicken, cheese & beans, tuna melt, cheese & onion, cheese & sun dried tomato, ham & mozarella, ham & cheddar...
Sorry they arent veggie (i'm not a veggie!) but if there are substitutes for any of the meats, they might be very yummy!the only debt left now is on credit cards! The evil loan has gone!! :j:j0 -

It was the weeks ago. I think they started off at £29.99 then went to £19.99 for address before being this price. It may be worth a look in your local ALDI.
More brilliant ideas there thanks Glitterkitty and gingervamp.. no worries about them not being veggie we have work around for most things.:)
Had also never thought of cappuccino and amaretto too...mmmmmm:T
Milly, I know what you mean about nostalgia. My nan had an old fashioned sandwich press which was a pain to clean but I remember her making the loveliest cheese and bean toasties... Just the thing after school on a cold day
Anyway I am not the brightest spark in the kitchen department.. so bear with me... Some of the combinations have contained egg so my question is... Do you cook the egg first or does it cook in the panini?0 -
Cheese, onion and caramelised onion
yummy!

Someone's suggested brie and bacon already, and someone suggested brie and cranberry.... but brie, bacon AND cranberry sauce paninis are just unbeatable!Started 30/08/2011Biggest Wins: GHD's, 5* Trip to London, VIP Trip to Isle of MTV Festival in Malta.
Thanks so much to all who post0 -
Two more to add to my list... thanks monty-doogy and rachhh. Looks like this weeks meal plan might be a bit repetitive!!!0

I must say I'm unadventurous when it comes to cooking! I'm basic!
But I love bacon & brie or ham & cheese. I must have another look at the list up there in time for those quick fix lunches after a footy game on a cold Saturday morning!0
