Lovefilm on Xbox

Hey,

I signed up to the Lovefilm Instant 30 day free trial on my computer a few days ago.

I then went onto my Xbox and downloaded the Lovefilm app in order to watch a movie. However, the app doesn't ask me to sign in the my email address and password so i don't understand how you get set up. When i click on a film, it says No subscription exists to your account.

I can watch movies fine on my laptop, I just don't understand how you set up your account on the Xbox app.

Any help would be great.

I assume you have an Xbox Gold account and not a Silver account? I believe Gold is required.

Well there must surely be a settings page on the app somewhere? Try un-installing it and re-installing it to see if it prompts for your details.

There must be, but i can't see where you put in your email address and password.

Try these steps

• Step 1
  
  Connect your Xbox 360 console to the internet and sign in to Xbox LIVE
• Step 2
  
  Select the “apps” item
• Step 3
  
  If you haven’t downloaded the LOVEFiLM application, look for it in the Apps Marketplace.
• Step 4
  
  Once you’ve selected LOVEFiLM, the application will be downloaded and installed on your Xbox 360 console.
• Step 5
  
  You can now go to “My Apps” and select LOVEFiLM.
• Step 6
  
  Not yet a LOVEFiLM subscriber? Follow the instructions on screen to sign up to the LOVEFiLM service.
