Maybe worth point it out as I was bit concern whether the draw ransom or pick from the majority votes so from the post #2:-

Each Weekly Winner will be selected randomly from all the entrants who voted for the sportsperson who was voted Sky's "Sportsperson of the Week" during that Week. The random draw will be held within 24 hours of the closing date of each Week.

So look like we need go for majority votes:o
