British Gas to EDF
Folks,
Hoping you can help this confused oldie. I’ve never switched before and I am finding some of it a bit difficult to understand.
I’m presently in the cooling off period and EDF has advised that for electricity they expect my supply to start on 16/11/2013 and gas on 22/11/2013.
Will those be the dates EDF will ask me to take the meter readings?
I ask only because my normal quarterly readings to British Gas will be around the 10th of November. If I can get those cleared and paid before the transfer I’d feel better because my final bills from them will be for small amounts.
