I'm late in but here's the plan
Tues - pork with roasted vegetables (leftovers).
Weds - soup as out at lunchtime so will probably make that my main meal.
Thursday - chicken with jacket potato and salad.
Friday - shepherds pie (if I remember to defrost the mince) with carrots/broccoli/something else - I prepped and froze the veg a few weeks ago but can't think what I put in that bag:eek:.
Saturday - pork and potato curry, rice and salad.
Sunday - same unless I'm out.
Scrambled eggs or porridge for breakfast this week, soup or toastie and fruit for lunch.
It will probably change as I am spending time with friends and family this week. If I eat "proper food" at lunchtime I will move the days along a bit.Aiming to get healthy in 2014.0 -
My plans may have to jiggle about as got a great haul of YS veg this morning and can't fit it all in the fridge/freezer, so having to cook and use up as much as possible until a space becomes available.
Had pizza tonight with the roasted cherry tomatoes, peppers and onions. It was gorgeous. I don't often have pizza when the girls do, but i always end up wanting it after i have made something else and pinching leftover crusts off theirsGC Jan £101.91/£150 Feb £70.96/150 Mar £100.43/150 Apr £108.45 app/150 May £149.70/150 Jun £155.15/150 Jul £134.25/£150 Aug £119.37/£150 £89.67/£150‼️Sep £/£160 Oct (includes food, toiletries and cleaning from 13th to 12th of each month. My week starts today:
S - jacket potato, beans & cheese
Sun - boiled bacon, onions & carrots
Mon - bacon & egg gratinee (Delia LO recipe)
Tue - Stirfry of some sort
Wed - Fishcakes, chips & beans
Thurs - Sausages, mash & veg
Fri - Salmon in white wine, boiled pots & green veg
Denise
A couple of changes this week:
There was masses of the bacon & egg gratinee so we had it again last night so the stirfry will move to tonight. Will leave out the sausages on Thursday as still want Salmon on Friday and we're going out Saturday night to dog racing and there is food included in the entry price so will have chicken & chips, DH will probably have burger & chips.
