Thanks for starting us off this week K9. I have been away with work quite a bit over the last couple of weeks so really need to get back into meal planning.

    Plan for this week is

Saturday - Chilli, rice and tortilla chips

Sunday - Beef casserole with dumplings (DD), yorkshire puddings (OH) and potatoes

Monday - Sausage and Pasta soup with garlic bread

Tuesday - Sweet and Sour Chicken and Rice

Wednesday - Meat Feast Pasta Bake

Thursday - Paprika Chicken, Potatoes and Veg

    Friday - not sure yet

Breakfasts will be fruit, porridge, cereal bars

Lunches will be leftovers, HM soup, pasta, wraps

Tomorrow will make some cakes for the lunch boxes and make some carrot soup, there is already some parsnip soup in the freezer. Will also cook a small ham and roast a chicken for lunches. Have roasted some veg today that can be added to pasta and pesto sauce for lunches as well.
