I don't know if this is of any use to anyone but I've just received a Jamie Oliver's Italian restaurants gold members card, and it came with £10 on it to use in the restaurant

Edit: this is what it says "to say thank you we've put £10 on your Jamie's Italian gold club card for you to spend at any Jamie's Italian. T&c's: £10 voucher valid for 28 days from sign up. Please note there is a minimum spend of £30 to redeem this offer. Gold club offers can only be redeemed by club members and loyalty and birthday rewards can be redeemed on seperate visits.

I have had one of these for about 6 months now. Don't use it that often as my closest is in bham (I live in Warwickshire) but it is nice to go and the staff treat you well. Its worth having as a freebie!
