The link to the video on the competition page didn't work, so I found the video a different way. The chef suggests using low fat yoghurt, so not sure which option to go for!

answer at 1:14 which is "Natural Yogurt"

I found the video on youtube. The chef does say low fat yoghurt first but later on in the video says natural yogurt.
