Really people? You're complaining that you forgot to opt out of a service that only charges you when they are paying YOU money. Talk about first world problems for heavens sake."Always fulfil your needs, only fulfil your wants when your needs are no longer a concern" - citricsquid0

Is it really worth paying £5 for "Plus Membership" - my membership expires today and hubbies expires in two days time?0

Only YOU can decide that.0

I haven't logged into TCB for 18 months since they welched on paying AA cashback ... I've just looked and - hey presto - I'm on the Plus membership. Oh, and apparently I owe them £5 for 2013, let alone £5 for 2014!

Interesting -- I am waiting for AA cashback to track and have raised a dispute. It's £63, so worth bothering about. I presume you never got yours?Je suis sabot...0

Read these posts yesterday so contacted Top Cash Back and complained - very quick response from them and my £5 has been returned (less £1.30 in extra earnings from Plus). I'm satisfied with this result but should never have had to go done this road in the first place.0

Wow. I'm quite amazed that people are complaining about paying £5 a year. You're not paying it directly out of your pocket, it's paid with the free money you've had. Unbelievable.Faced up to my debt Jan 2012.0
