Charged Twice The Amount by Collect Plus- Who Do I contact?

I purchased a Collect Plus label directly from Collect Plus for £4.89. I elected to pay by PayPal and everything went through okay. However I have noticed that in my PayPal account a single transaction of £9.78 has been charged! I have checked my Collect Plus account and I only brought a single £4.89 courier service but it seems to have charged me twice the amount in one single transaction.
So who should I contact about this? I was going to report it to PayPal but its not really an unathorised transaction as I did authorise the transaction but not for the amount taken. But its not really a problem with the item as I do want the courier service! However its not really a problem with Collect Plus as it was just the Paypal Transaction that was wrong.
Any ideas? Thanks.

Maybe you inadvertently bought a different service, or didnt untick a box or extra insurance cover went on on, do check what the invoice says, as something that starts on a page "price from" then mounts up once they start to add VAT and so on can end up being £9 odds based on weight factored in.
However, if it turns out you have been charged twice you would need to chat to collectplus agents who would repay one payment back as it was a double charge .NB...People online who are here asking advice for "my friend" they really mean "myself" :eek:0 -

The confirmation shows the correct price of £4.89 but somehow the PayPal transaction shows double that!0 -
That sounds like you were indeed charged twice, it's been a technical glitch on their side so the transaction was put through twice, also ,if your pc crashed or you refreshed the page , this could happen so easily, a quick chat to their customer service reps will sort you out in a few mins , because they only collected £4.89 the other charge could have possibly be returned by paypal in a few days, seeing as it would possibly show as unclaimed by them.
I would get onto collect+ helpline as am sure this happened to me once and they were really good resolved it in a couple of mins.
