going to court

i now have to go to court but dont have the money to pay the £120 are there any no win no fee agencys i could use? please

    Could someone lend you the money? Or are you exempt because of benefits? The thing is that you will most probably get the court fees back once you win, but one of those bloodsucking agencies will want 25% of your total claim when you win. I would strongly advise you against using them. If you have no money, are not exempt and have no one to lend you the £120, then your other alternative is the Financial Ombudsman. They take your fight on for nothing, but it might take longer. Read Martin's article for more information on this route.

    Time up!!! I was supposed to receive my statements by today....and they haven't turned up surprise surprise, no letter or anything either. Anyone have any ideas of what i am to do now?

    Give them a ring & ask where they are, which bank was it with as it may be wise to go into the branch, seems quite a few people (including myself) have done that & they turn up in no time,have they taken the payment if they have you masy whish to ask why when you havent had your S'ments! :rolleyes:

    I did ring them yesterday and they just forwarded me to a recorded message stateing: DUE TO HIGH DEMAND CUSTOMERS STATEMENTS ARE TAKING LONGER THAN THE 40 DAY PERIOD, AND YOUR REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS WILL BE DEALT WILL A.S.A.P. :mad:
