Looking for a Laptop.

It doesn't have to be on a par with a Cray Supercomputer, as I won't be doing moonshots or anything. 
It does, however, need to be able to do the following:-
1. Connect to the internet via a 3 Mobile Dongle.
2. Play DVDs and, if possible, also BluRays.
3. Run (not merely charge) from a 12v cigarette lighter socket.
I'm not made of money, so a reasonable price would be appreciated.
Suggestions anyone?
