This is the place to discuss the top iPad offers, as seen in the deals note:

Please note all these offers are subject to availability as stock is constantly coming and going, so don't hang about if you spot a bargain.

This is a newly updated discussion but you can still read the previous cheapest iPad
discussion.

Although not the cheapest, I have noticed John Lewis now give a three year warranty (upped from 2) on all ipads.
  • I am a bit wary of the Currys Cashback after the stories I have heard relating to a similar scheme with the Samsung Galaxy Tablet.

The BBC show "Your Money Their Tricks" highlighted this

This may be in response to Apple introducing their new AppleCare + two year warranty, which covers 2 incidents of accidental damage for a £39 excess fee. AppleCare + costs £79 though.
    JL warranty excludes accidental damage.

I have just found out about the usefulness of the latter cover because I have just broken my iPad 3 (32 wifi/3G) and I'm waiting to see what my home insurers replace it with as assume that the model I have is no longer available.
