Can i claim back charges on an old account

Hi,
Very simple question, I had a nationwide flex account with an overdraft, I kept getting charges and the account was paid off and closed. I have only just remembered about it, can I now try and claim back these charges or is it just a waste of time?

The banks won the bank charges battle. They only look at charges where people meet their hardship criteria.
