Gaming Machine to Play Second Life ?

My friends dell xps 630i , has given up the ghost (burnt out m/b)

So they have decided to get a new one , the play a game called second life , and are thinking of getting this machine from chilblast

am sure it will easy play the game they want it to, is this good value at £ 700, or can you get better value for the same money or less?

CPU - last gen. Should consider LGA1150
RAM - too slow

This is £20 - £30 more expensive, but it is with current gen CPU.

BTW, second life don't seems to need this much of power...
