Yes and there saying it can take upto 2 weeks to look at the decision but I would of already started work then but I'm only doing 15 hours a week and which I didn't know I can still sign on anything over 20 you can't but I don't want to be I might just stay signed on till the decision is made because I don't want to miss out on this final payment.0

The OP has to prove they had an interview and therefore missed the signing time.
No, he had to prove that he had told someone from the job Centre that he had an interview and would not make his signing time. Like I said, this should/would have been recorded who he spoke with at the time.0 -

OP if you are working only 15 hours then you won't be required to sign off at all.0

I won't to sign off though because every time I sign on I will be working anyway so don't want the hassle and apparently they only give you 5 pound if you earn more then 70 pound a week so it's not worth to stayed signed on0

Really? You don't have to prove where you went?
Ok then
No I wouldn't have thought so. He told them he had an interview and they gave him an alternative signing time. From my reading of this they have sanctioned him because the JCP are saying that he never advised them of this when he did. Or have I missed something? Proving where he went doesn't appear to be the issue.0 -

This was put on my file in front of me and when I signed the woman logged in and saw what had been written by the guy who signed me two weeks previously.
I had already provided the proof before and this was written on the notes.
If then the JC are saying the OP never told them they hopefully the OP has the persons name? We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

You don't have to sign off unless you work 16 or more hours a week. (I don't know where you got the 20 hours from.)0 -

If you continue to sign on you will be required to continue to look for more work.
All but £5 of your weekly earned income is deducted from your JSA. That's not what you seem to have understood to be the case.
You may not be earning enough to pay NI and if you continued to sign on as unemployed you would be credited for NI. It could well be worth it for that.0 -
How am I meant to sign on every 2 weeks if I'm at work? There won't be any point I already missed a sign on due to an interview and got money stopped I don't want any more hassle can't stand the job centre the quicker I'm off it the better0
