I recently had a job interview I was due to sign on that day but because of the interview I went on the same day but at a later time ,the job centre had to send a letter to a decision marker because I didn't sign on at the right time, I have been stopped money for 4 weeks due to this I have recently took a letter from the manger of the job to prove I was at the interview I got the job and I should be signing off soon the job centre have sent off for the decision to be changed I'm not sure what I'm meant to do because if I sign off now I won't get my last payment and I start work next week and won't be able to travel there what can I do if I sign off with it be backdated or how long will I have to wait till the decision is changed?

Think you should sign off anyway the day before you start work. You appear to have done all that you can and hope that the decision goes in your favour.
You should however have informed the JC of your interview to state you would not be able to attend at your usual signing time.
Good luck in the new job0 -

If not why not?
What did they day to you when you did sign?
What proof do you have that you had the interview other than getting the job? We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Yes I did tell the job centre at the time that's why they gave me a later sign on time and I have my contract signed from the job if that's not enough proof then I don't know what is0

You need to prove you have the interview then not that you have the job
You can get the HR team at the job to write a letter saying you attended an interview at the time and date and use this as proofWe’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

If that is the case then I don't see that you have a problem. This must have been recorded somewhere.0 -

I have rang the job centre and there saying because the decision is sill being processed they can't do anything and if I was to sign off it would be canceled anyway so I'm going to lose out on 2 weeks of money for going to an interview it's a joke tbh don't know how they expect me to get there and live off nothing till my first wage0

This would have given you chance to show your evidence and no stoppage to your money should have happened
Like I say you need/needed to prove you had the interview not got the job. We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
I did give them proof I got a letter from the manger to say I had an interview at the time I was to sign on this was a day after the decision had already been sent they then sent a form with my letter as proof for evidence but I start work next week and a decision change can take 2 weeks and if I sign off it will be canceled and I'll miss out on my final payment.0
