Hi just to let you know I was sent notification that my oct 13 tariff was ending so I went online did comparisson with everyone then changed to the nov 14 one online. Within 2/3 wks it was showing on my account online. Sibce then they have still sent me a letter with a forcast of usage and the standard tariff...0

I am an existing customer and changed my tariff online,but had not heard anything.
I have just received an email from them saying they are behind and that they will backdate it to the date I made the request.0 -
Despite my calling them on the 3rd my request to change tariff on 20th October 2013 still does not show as being actioned on my online account. My mother changed her tariff with Eon recently and it was actioned and showed on her account within 1 day. What the hell are they doing at Npower, it should be quite easy as an existing customer.0
