Home Report Wrong?

Options
Hi

Looking for advice, my partner and I moved into our first home in May of this year and we've just realised a lot of condensation build up at the windows.

Now when we looked at the home report prior to buying the property is states that the windows are double glazed, now obviously having looked at them more closely after the condensation build up on the windows it appears that the windows are single glazed.

Is there anything we can do or is it to late now as we've been in the property for 6 months now ?

Really annoyed with myself I never checked this at the time!

What result are you looking for? An apology from the surveyor? Compensation from the surveyor?

Honestly, whilst in some respects buyers rely on specialist knowledge of surveyors to guide them in house purchase, this is so ... Non-specialist a matter, that I'm sort of shocked at the suggestion that blame can be placed on the HR or the author.
