And another slow computer!

Hello

My laptop is doing my head in! It runs Windows 7. On the Task Manager the
Commit (MB) figure is 2295 / 4076

Physical Memory:

Total 2038
Cached 771
Available 756
Free 30

Kernel Memory:

Paged 124
Nonpaged 52

System:

Handles 26338
Threads 1039
Processes 70
Commit (MB) 2295 / 4076

At the bottom of the Task Manager window it says

Processes: 70 CPU Usage: 14% Physical Memory: 63%

Can't find commit charge total / peak.

Hope that helps - any advice greatly appreciated!
