Anyone used Discount Mobility Shop?

Hey everyone.
Has anyone used Discount Mobility Shop? I ordered my new wheelchair from them on 21st October. The website still showed as "pending" today so I got in touch with them and they said that it was dispatched on 22nd October and should have been with me the next day and to check with our neighbours.
It's a wheelchair so not an easy package to take in and no card was left.
I asked if there was a tracking number and they said they'd get back to me.
Has anyone else had this experience before? I'm a bit worried. :undecided

Oh crap.
I paid by debit card as I don't have a credit card.
My friend had used them and said they were good.
I couldn't find any reviews of them online which is why I went with a friend's experience.
I can find reviews for Discount Mobility Direct but not Discount Mobility Shop. They don't look like the same company. I can't get a wheelchair on the NHS as I only need it outdoors and I can't go out that much so didn't meet the county's criteria of 4 hours a day 4 days a week, hence why my OT suggested buying one. 2019 Wins

Just thought I would come back and update.
I got the POD that DMS emailed to me. TNT had my address down as number 10 when I live at number 18! I checked my account and it definitely says 18 so there was an error on either their part or the suppliers part along the way.
My husband drove around to number 10 and thankfully they still had it! They were just about to send it back!
So, I have my new wheelchair. All shiny and new. Now I just need to LadyMorticia-fy it!2019 Wins
