Hi I thought Bank Smart was a straight up, ordinary claims company.

My claims were unsuccessful and now I owe all this money, because they're charging me £99 per claim. I signed a contract in 2009. I can't attach my contract to this post. If anyone is more clued up then me I can email it to you...
I just feel like I've been misled. What can I do? Has anyone had an experience with this dreadful company...

I don't remember signing something about the £99 :mad:
