Parking Eye's own 'News' on their website admits to 2 cases dismissed in July as well! So we know of 4 now.
Do we have a surname for this case so I can add it here with the others:

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.0 -

I phoned up LPC Law posing as a small car park operator encouraged by ParkingEye's success and wanting to use their services myself.
A very excited salesman talked me through the process and explained that they operate on a fixed fee basis and that as long as I prepared the 'court bundle' for them they would turn up and handle the hearing for between £200 and £300 depending on the complexity. There would normally be no extras, such as travel, as these were all included in the cost. However, if the hearing lasted more than 3 hours then there would be an extra charge.
Perhaps ParkingEye get a discount given the number of hearings, but otherwise I believe that £200-£300 is correct and is bourne out by the costs PE ask for if they win the case (although savvy judges always throw these costs out)Hi, we’ve approved your signature. So, £154 to defendant
Plus £15 court fee
£25 hearing fee
£300 LPC law fee
£300 LPC law fee again
£794
