Which company does a lob transfer quickest?

My friend wants to do a lob transfer but she is wondering which of the follwoing would do it the quickest, Mbna, Sainsburys or Tesco as these are the three recommended on this site?

    They are all likely to take a similar amount of time to process a balance transfer.

    If the reason she wants it to be done quickly is because her payment is due on the current card then it would be advisable to make a payment as usual of at least the minimum payment.

    For LOB the interest rate and the amount are of the highest importance. It's beyond me why would anyone make saving a few days their main priority.

    There isn't much difference in the lob transfer rate for the 3 cards and she thought there might be more people looking for a lob transfer when it is so close to Christmas.

    Her cards are at approximately 25% so she thought it would do not harm in getting a lob transfer!!
