Now TV 24 hour Sky Sports pass

Has anybody ever bought a 24 hour Sky Sports pass from Now TV ?

If so, how does it work ? (sorry to be thick ! - I have Virgin channels - not the sports - and was wondering how you get access to the channels).

I paid £9.99 for one earlier this year in order to watch the man u vs man city match last season-wish I hadn't bothered! what I didn't realise at the time was that the pass meant you had to watch it online, live streaming. I thought it meant the sky sports channel was unlocked for 24 hours which would be a better idea tbh.

The streaming cut off at 40 mins into the match, came back in 10 mins into the 2nd half then promptly cut off again and didn't come back on the rest of the match!!!! Needless to say me and my dad weren't best impressed. Got a refund about a week later thankfully but I wouldn't use the service again x

Thanks for that, I don't think I will bother now !

Like you I thought that you just got access for 24 hours, but reading around I kind of got the impression it was streaming or something.

There are plenty of free, unofficial streaming sites around.

Just make sure you have an adblocker installed on your browser and you're good to go

i've used it a few times, althou i got the passes free via a Quidco deal.

you do get access to all the sky sports channels, and can watch them for 24 hours, you just have to do it via NowTV, either their site, or one of the apps, i used the one on my xbox
