Cost of replacement fusebox and inspection report

The house we are buying, built in late seventies, has an old fuse wire fuse box and the survey report advises an electricians inspection and a quotation for any recommended updating or replacement.

Has anyone any idea how much this inspection and replacement may cost in total please, the house is near Guildford. I have read on the forum that the replacement of the fusebox could expose some existing issues with the electrical installation. Is the recommended inspection sufficient to find out any such issues before getting the fuse box installed. Do these inspection reports identify any earthing issues etc also.
