I can't believe how slow they. I applied and received a letter in May 2007 saying my application was being processed, but I have heard nothing since!

I believe Lloyds acquired approx 65000 new customers as a result of the Airmiles promotion; and as a result there have been delays.

If you have been negatively impacted through loss of airmiles, do query this with the Bank and, as a previous poster has advised, send all accompanying docs to prove your loss ... make sure you keep a photocopy/orignal for yourself incase of any loss

As the previous and indeed the original poster, I can confirm that I have now been credited with the lost AirMiles, at 1 per £10 spent.

Excellent customer service from Lloyds TSB and from the AirMiles website.

Anyone got a contact number for Lloyds TSB as I still haven't heard anything.

I have tried the numbers below, but no one ever answers!

    0870 6091320
    0845 6062175
    01702 278272

I have now been on hold for almost 1 hour and still it says the lines are all busy!
