Is it my imagination but has NPower's 'Price Protector March 2017' tariff been pulled? If so why so soon?

I have only ever had one small problem with them and that was quickly resolved with an added £20 compensation.

Usually, only dissatisfied customers post (about any product), so you have no idea of the number of satisfied ones.
  • They can't even produce me a bill, or deal with my complaint, or tell me how long it's going to take. Nor do they give credit balances back to people quick. Loads of threads on here about it
  • Often people think that because they see a credit balance that it's money owed to them. If you're on a monthly direct debit, the payments are accumulated each month to go towards their next bill. If it got refunded they'd surely complain once they have a bill for 6 months usage. If people put half the effort they do complaining, into actually understanding how something works, they'd have a much better experience as a customer.

It's all about being proactive instead of expecting to be soon fed. If you buy a new expensive tv, you'd read the manual to figure how to set it up, not ask a guy from the shop you bought it to visit your home and show you how it works.
