Please can some one help,
I have heard that there will be redundancies at work and it will be announced Monday ie 4th Nov.
I have worked their for two years.
Please can someone advise on how the notice period / redundancy pay is worked out.
My notice period is one month.

It depends on whether they are offering their own redundancy package or the statutory minimum. Does your contact detail anything?

My notice period is one month from them, there is nothing in my contract about anything regarding redundancy.0
