Hermes parcel not been delivered - what do I do?

Like eaglesrjh says check the tracking on their website. It will tell you it has been delivered and you can add this tracking information to the listing and Ebay will accept it has been delivered.

If however it does not show it has been delivered according the online tracking I would inform My Hermes of this and ask them to provide you with claim forms to make a claim. Sometimes you have to tell a company what you want before they will do it.

I think it depends on your local courier. Mine is always great and will leave it in a safe place or a neighbour if it looks like rain. The next time he comes he always checks to make sure I got the parcel. My postman however regularly signs for recorded items himself and posts through door. Like everything, some people have good experiences and some people have bad.
