Have eon dropped thier prices??

My mum just rang E.ON and was told they had got some cheaper prices out today. Has anyone else herd this and if so is there a catch?

    They have a new one year fix which is cheaper than the two year fix they had before. Still not the absolute cheapest on the market and you can fix for two winters rather than one with EDF for a similar price.
