CASHBACK Bosch fridge freezer through Appliances Direct

Hi

I just purchased a fridge freezer through the above website. It stated that £75 cash back was available from Bosch however when I check their website the offer is not valid on this model number. Do Appliances Direct have to honour this deal as it is pretty misleading or do I simply have to lump it.

I have had a look on their website and all the models that they have with cashback tally with the Bosch website (as far as I can see).

Has the website changed? Perhaps the cashback has changed or their was an error?

I took a screen shot of the page and even emailed them this morning post purchase and they stated it did apply to this model. When i said I had visited the Bosch site this morning, they now acknowledge that it doesn't apply to this model although the offer is still on their website. Yes, I have already purchased and they have delivered.

Someone has c.ocked up by looks, ask what they are willing to do.

What you are willing to accept is up to you but I would try for a compromise. See if they will give you (say) £50 and if not then ask to return it.
