final meter reading who to give too?

currently with SP but my switch to Npower goes live 2moro 30th , do I input my final meter reading on SP website and then again on Npowers or do I just give my current reading to Npower then they forward it on to SP ?
or is it better to just give my current and final reading to SP and then give same reading to Npower

I ve just switched to Npower.. dont expect it to run smoothly. I dutifully sent my start reads in, at the allotted date, only to get a text an hour ago wanting another for my gas meter reading. Is this the start of Npowers usual mess ups I keep reading about on here.
OP the usual method is just to give the two readings to the gaining supplier who will use them to end Scot Powers and start Npowers0 -
