Atush, my FIL said he wants them to come to the house to discuss the statements with my husband and the OPG. They are transparent.

If the OPG will do this, fine, but they might not agree? Not sure the have to do house calls?

You may want a copy of the will, and the transcript of the reasons for leaving the other son out. As this would show his calling in the OPG was out of greed/spite.

You need to have all such paperwork in order for them to see if they come to your FIL.

Oh we do have all the paperwork and the recorded message where by BIL mentioned he wanted to steal as much money out the pot before HE took LPA!! You see, we think the OPG is under the impression dad does not know whats going on, and that he does not have mental capacity, they looking at this whole scenario blindly, so Dad said its best they come to the house to hear our side properly.
