I know that if a person has an IVA there is a public record showing the person's name and date of birth plus the date the IVA started.
Is there any information about what is owed and what percentage of the debt has been agreed upon?

You can search http://www.insolvencydirect.bis.gov.uk/bankruptcy/bankruptcysearch.htm
but it doesn't give the amount owed or percentage of debt agreed, we're still allowed some confidentiality
