For some reason things have slowed up on my wi fi. Signal still at a hundred percent, yet pages are slower to load and streaming is pretty impossible. Can`t work this out. Would be greatful for a few ideas guys. Thanks.

Is it secure? Anyone else using your wifi?
Always worth a reboot of the router.
Worked for me when mine slowed down.0 -
WEP protected. Did a reboot.0

WEP is easy to crack in less than a minute. If there's a naughty geek in your neighbourhood, you might be better off choosing WPA (still crackable, but it takes longer and is more work).
Other than that, you have checked which channel your wireless network broadcasts on, and whether there is any interference with neighbouring wireless networks? InSSIDer is a useful tool that shows networks, channels and signal strength: http://www.metageek.net/products/inssider/
My old Thomson router wasn't too clever at picking a suitable channel when set to "automatic" -- it always seemed to choose the channel with the most interference, so it might be better to set it manually.0 -

And your sure it's not just your internet connection? Is it just as slow when using the RJ45 LAN port on the back of the router?“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

All the routers I've used had a device display (so's you can give them names) - will show up anything that's managed to connect. Just shows MAC addresses if you haven't named your devices, but at least shows how many.
If you post your router type/model, somebody may have hints+tips.0 -
Are you sure it's your wifi and not your computer?
Have you tried a different browser? What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
Have you run a speedtest to see what the performance is on your internet connection?

Do you have any other devices connected to the internet - such as smartphones, TVs, etc?
Do you use Google Docs, Dropbox, Skydrive, iCloud or similar online storage?1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
3. Do you want a quick answer or better understanding?0 -
I'd run a speed test with wifi and then plugged into the router, that should narrow down the issue to wifi problems or a line fault.0
