That is what I was saying - the link came in an email directly from help@CD-WOW.com not the company I did the census with so surely the afilliate is CD-WOW which is exactly why I placed it on this thread.

Also, for these vouchers to be redeemable CD-WOW have to be in on it, indeed I have shown that they are obviously the ones supplying them, so is it not their problem that there is this "abusing" going on!? In other words, if they stopped sending emails containing links for vouchers there wouldn't be any abuse because no-one would be getting the vouchers to share.

Please help me out here. I'm sure I have a point.

I have just clicked on the link, but the reductions are not shown - probably because I have a greasypalm rebate checker installed !!!

Is there anyway round this, as 75p is worth more than 1.25% cashback ?

I mostly use play.com, but I thought I would try this discount link. I compared it to logging on directly and the prices look the same. Have I just chosen a time when they have a general discount applied?

As for the rights and wrongs of using alternative vouchers etc, CD WOW could stop all this by simply applying lower prices all of the time and not play the voucher game. Vendors cannot blame customers if they work the system to their own benefit.

What price was a chart CD?

Add one to your basket and see if they go back up to 8.99?

Just to check. Some above comments are saying the prices seem the same as logging on normally.

The price you should see should be £8.24 for the CD's listed at the top rather than £8.99.

Can i confirm some people are not seeing the £8.24?

Do you have any 'affiliate type' connector running if that's the case, as that may be why?

I have just had a go, and when you add it to the cart the price stays £8.24 but the rest of the CD's on the site say £8.99.

Is this to mean you can only get 1 CD at the reduced price and pay full price for the rest. If so just do multiple orders as its free p&p
