Item I've won has disappeared from My eBay, please help

Hello,

I purchased an item last week, which has now arrived. It is missing the power cable so I need to contact the seller.

Logged into My eBay, but the item is not listed under the items I have won. However on my summary page, it says I need to leave feedback for 1 item, so I clicked the link but it says there are no items to leave feedback for. Very odd.

So I spent ages trying to find out how to contact eBay. Finally found the contact form. But filled it in and hit submit, and it says 'Topic 2 requires a value. Use the browser Back button to return to the previous page to correct these problems'.

I've gone back, but there are only 4 fields to fill in, and they are all filled in. I've tried several times, both in IE and Firefox, but I still get this error.

I'm now stuck - how else can I contact eBay regarding the item disappearing from my account so that I can finally ask the seller to send the power cable??

Are they selling anything at the moment you could contact them that way or you should have a confirmation of the sale sent to your email address.

Well I've since managed to locate the item and the seller - by logging into Paypal and clicking on the item link. So I have now contacted seller regarding the missing power cable.

However, the item is still missing from My eBay, and I still cannot get the eBay 'contact us' form to work. How else can I contact eBay as I am stumped :mad:

Thanks Nicky for taking the trouble to find that for me. Trouble is, I have already tried using the Contact form but it keeps erroring. I have tried IE and Firefox, and different machines, but still no joy.

So I need an alternative way to contact them ... the live chat sounds good but I cannot find any link to it anywhere
