if a bt landline call I make is transferred to a mobile, do I get charged as if I called a mobile? Thank you.

either this has a very obvious answer or no-one knows!
  • Yes you do get charged. Unless the call divert was put on for free due to a fault with the line.

If you make a call to a landline that's on divert to a mobile, then you are 'charged' by your provider for a landline call, the person who's number you called pays for the diverted part of the call to a mobile at whatever rate their provider charges, so if I understand your question, no you don't get charged for the diverted portion of the call, after all that would be unfair, as how would you know you are calling a landline that's on divert
