Hi all
Is anyone else having problems accessing First Direct's Internet Banking Plus service?
And if so, are you using the new Internet Explorer 11 software?
I suspect that this may be the problem.

EDIT: Yes it was the problem. A switch to compatibility mode resolved it. Thanks for reading.
