That may well be. But that does not mean it is invalid. It means a court would have to interpret it. That's what courts do.

A judge would decide whether any particular vehicle did, or did not, breach the covenant.

We (the punters living in the street and, in this case parking the vehicles) have to try to 2nd guess what a judge is likely to decide, before we choose to park our vehicle and take the risk of breaching the covenant.

Or we pay a solicitor, who has more experience than us, to do the 2nd-guessing!

You can't use the property to park trade vehicles - can you leave the trade vehicle on the road?

Assuming that the road is public highway and there are no parking restrictions (meters, permits, etc) you could park an HGV there and it is allowed as long as there is not an obstruction.
